The Studio is the last building, but the first to come into view when entering the grounds of Kirkhill House Office Park. This former television studio has been converted into two self-contained office suites - 4 and 4A.

Suite 4 the bigger of the two, comprises six small (1-4 person) offices that are available for let on an "all-inclusive" basis. These spaces come equipped with common kitchen and toilet facilities, and generous parking allocation too.
