Burnfield House Meeting Room
As a tenant at Burnfield House we are pleased to have the additional facility of a bookable meeting room. This is located on the main floor at room 10 and is signposted as such.

Please select the required date and time duration (30 minutes minimum) and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The meeting room comes with the facility of a whiteboard. WIFI can be made available for a small extra charge during your meeting. The room itself is set to accommodate up to 6 people around a meeting table. This however can be rearranged to allow for a different layout and then it will comfortably seat 8 people.
When booking the room you will be provided with the key code for the room and the alarm code as well. Please replace the key after each meeting and then set the alarm. There will be a checklist in the meeting room for use.
Please leave the room neat and tidy for the next user and ensure that you erase any confidential information off of the white board.
