Kirkholm Properties is a private company established in 2018, by experienced chartered surveyor and current property manager, Graham Mitchell. The company was brought to life following the acquisition of multiple property assets in Newton Mearns (Kirkhill Office Park), Clarkston (Midholm House) and Giffnock (Burnfield House).
The company is based at Kirkhill House Office Park in Newton Mearns where property manager Graham actively markets and manages all three sites under his brand, Kirkholm Properties. Both locations feature a host of commercial offices, which are available to lease on flexible terms that suit the needs of your business when searching for a suitable work property.
Kirkholm offers a pragmatic approach to property management of the offices and, with a healthy engaged on site presence, we are in a position to react to situations that may arise for tenants and in buildings.
The Meeting Room @ Kirkhill is the latest addition to the Kirkholm Properties arsenal. A brand new modern meeting space suitable for team away days, a business’s round table, local clubs, societies, and associations all in a quiet woodland setting.
With an easily accessible main door connected to the mainroad by a low incline ramp installed with disable users in mind, the flexible layout of the outdoor space provides a different and yet accommodating space for up to eight people. The facility comes equipped with an in-room telephone, AV setup for displaying your ace presentations, toilet and kitchen facilities, and a cosy outdoor seating area for lunch on the mini-terrace.
Kirkhill House Office Park offers the archetypal "out of town" modern office solution for small and medium sized businesses, featuring four buildings including the Kirkholm’s traditional period flagship building, Kirkhill House.
It is located in Newton Mearns, approximately 10 miles south of Glasgow City Centre. With the abundant excellent transport connections, and plenty of local amenities you have everything you need for a productive day's work within a 5 minute walk of the office park.

Burnfield House offers quick links to the M77/M8 and has easy access to buses and trains around the south side of Glasgow, together with ample shopping within a short walk. For those with an exercise regime, an easy walk or cycle to work is quite possible.
Bruce Cameron joins the team, assisting Graham with the day-to-day management of all the properties.
